Can't Advance Quest

I'm stuck at the party in the Winking Skeever. Helvana keeps saying the same dialogue lines over and over and nothing else happens. Not sure what is going on. Is there any way for me to advance the quest? What should I do?

Hi there - which line is Helvana repeating? And what is the current quest objective?

She's repeating the lines about "traveling must be taxing" and "they've worked too long and hard" stuff like that. The current quest objective is "attend Bard Party".

If you talk to her, does she not say she is busy and to speak to the other bards?

If not, I'll look into this in case something blocked it. To progress you need to talk to the other bards, I believe six in total to progress to the next stage.
