Shak'har

It seems that if you do the Bards College quest up to the point where you help Shak'har with the "Red Meat" quest, before you do anything with the East Empire Quest, it will bug out to where Shak'har won't talk to you. I hadn't place anything into a chest for Shak'har, and he won't talk to me. Unless there's a work around, I'm going to have to restart my game. Im at a loss, any help?

I'm having the same bug. I started the BCE expansion first, with only the very first quest of EEE company started and the items sent to the Whiterun camp (but not yet retrived). Once I arrived in Whiterun for the "Red Meat" quest, I was able to complete it and since I was there I regulary retrived my items from the chest, completong the quest, but Shak'har hasn't talked to me and started the quest that eventually leads you to talk to Korrin. He doesn't talk to me, doesn't react to interactions, even if I start the Korrin's quest with console commands. Shak'har just stands there.

In another playthrourgh I completed this EEE quest before "Red Meat" and everything worked normally...
