[SOLVED] Shak'har soft locks the EEE questline if I complete "Red Meat" before finishing East Empire Services.

I started East Empire Services up to the point of sending my items to the Whiterun camp for retrival. However due to Survival mode, I didn't visit Whiterun to retrive my items until the BCE quest "Red Meat" started. At that point i completed "Red Meat" regulary, retrived my items completing the quest from the camp, but Shak'har didin't talked to me and started the next quest. He just stands there, not talking to me or intaracting in any way. The questline is completely locked. Even if I complete EE buisness plan with console commands he doesn't talk to me.

My modlist is very light and in the following order:

USSEP - USCCP - BCE - EEE - Cutting Room Floor - Downstar/Morthal/Flakreath/Darkwater Crossing/Dragons Bridge/Ivarstead/Karthwasten/Kynesgrove/Shor'sStone/Soljund Sinkhole/Whistling Mine/Fall of Granite Hill/BeeHives/Bring out your dead/Run from your Dead/Storie Front. All of these by arthmoor (essentially the only non-Arthmoor mod are your dlc's and the creation club unofficial patch)

Please advice, I've sadly no saves from before starting "Red Meat" and even if I solve and start the Korrin's quest by console commands and complete it, I still can't tell the EEC merchants to sell my items, so no way of upgrading.

SOLVED! after an hour meddling with console commands and generally going insane, the solution was simply to complete the "Red Meat" quest. I went back to Solitude, finished the quest and once I was back to Whiterun, Shak'har talked to me and the EEE questline continued regulary.

10 years of modding bethesda games just made me assume the worst :')
