Crew Assignment Issues at Stardock Terminal

Love this addition to Starfield, but I have run into a bit of an issue with the Fleet Command terminal in the Stardock station. Every time I try and assign anyone to any of my ships, it just doesn't progress past the two members of crew on offer (Vasco and Moara Otero). I open the terminal, select any of my five ships, and then on the next screen it just doesn't do anything when I try and select one of the two members of crew to assign. It just makes two click noises and does nothing else. I have tried this on all the ships but same thing happens (or more accurateely, doesnt happen)

I've also tried chaning my various home ships and unassigning /reassigning crew members via the Ship Repairs guy and Ship option on the pause screen (I have a crew of 8 but the FC Terminal only gives me two listed) I have also tried updating and reinstalling the mod, restarting andensuring it is top of the load order, but nothing is fixing it

This started happening when I progressed into the Major Arrays storyline, possibly after updating the Creation on the Xbox... Anyone please able to suggest anything on this?!

Hi there, I notice you said this started occuring possibly after updating the creation. Can I please confirm what version number of Watchtower you have enabled? Just in case the creation store bug has occured, which can revert builds.

I've tried unselecting all the other creations and the terminal on stardock to assign crew is still doesnt do anything. I did notice that if I go into Gameplay Settings it has the Fleet Command option as standard, but underneath this it says Look Up Failed. It doesn't say what is failing but I checked after deselecting the other creations and it still said the same thing

Im out of ideas on this - @twolargepepperoni have you got any suggestions on anything else that I can try? Thanks

Lookup Failed does suggest that have received mismatched files when downloading. A variety of issues can be present when this happens, but the most common is when things are mislabelled in-game, including with 'Lookup Failed'. When you updated Watchtower, how did you do this - by clicking 'update', or by deleting it entirely and re-downloading it again?

Apologies, but can you try deleting it and redownloading in case you have only received a partial update? If the issue continues (including Lookup Failed), we will need to try and look at a save file if you are on PC.

Thanks @twolargepepperoni - I've deleted it and redownloaded it but it came up with a message at the end of the download saying "Lacking Permissions to write to folder of download. Operation canceled" I've done a restart and tried downloading it again but the same message comes up

This is on the Series X btw, is there anything you can suggest I do to fix this?

The permissions Xbox bug is another Creation Store bug unfortunately. I've always had to quit the game to dashboard, then re-enter and then download the creation again. Is this not working?

Oh wow its working!! I had to quit via dashboard a couple of times until I had the new download recognised as as 1.0.3 again (initially it appeared to be the older version) but I have just gone back to the Stardock terminal and have all my crew and ship options available! Very grateful for all your help with this @twolargepepperoni - I can go back to enjoying this fantastic creation now!
