"A Material World" quest issue - Not advancing

Seem to be hitting a strange bug with this quest. I kill the first of the three creatures, loot the needed item, the quest tracker is updated and I move to the next creature location. I kill the next creature, loot the needed item, but the quest does not advance. I try moving on to the next creature, kill and harvest, and quest again does not update. Kind of stuck and I can't seem to figure out what is causing my issue. I moved this mod to the very bottom of my load order in case something was interfering but continue to see the same issue.

Any ideas on what may be going on here? I'm going to start disabling other mods to see if something else is breaking this, and hopefully not break my save

I think I figured it out! Looks like I narrowed it down to the Cosmic Scale mod causing the issue for me. Disabling this allowed me to progress, and looks to have solved other issues I was seeing.
