Resolved : So when you board the Station, after docking, it automatically spawns you inside, right? Well, that quest objective does not trigger and therefore does not register for the following quest steps.
I was able to solve this by going back to and boarding my ship.
Somewhere between the docking and spawning gets messed up and doesnt fully trigger the quest.
*Should be able to continue through the Station and complete it, even if it still shows the bugged objective.

When advancing through the storyline, the quest, Lost in Transmission (LIT) advances as normal but once you hit the "Board the Station" objective, nothing advances beyond that.
