Patch 1.0.3 of Watchtower has been submitted to Bethesda QA - I will update this post once it has been made live!
- Crew member current assignments will now be displayed next to their name in the fleet assignment terminal.
- Fixed a bug with the Watchtower Cruiser that would block a room.
- Blocked Watchtower ambushes during a particular main game quest moment around Oborum III.
- Computer Core item has been renamed Watchtower Computer Core so it appears next to Watchtower Components when searching through containers.
- Added several missing companion perks and keywords to Torin, which should bring his functionality closer inline with other followers in the base game.
- Fixed a bug that would prevent the Trade Authority employee at later stages of Stardock from purchasing stolen goods.
- AI Mechs and Watchtower Armillaries can no longer be mind-controlled by Terrormorphs.
- Base chance of Watchtower ambushes increased slightly - it had been reduced dramatically in patch 1.0.2, and this is a slight correction.
- Captain’s lockers on Watchtower Cruisers will now have Watchtower Computer Cores.
- Watchtower Components and equipment can now be found on their ships.
- Fixed a bug that prevented Adoring Fan from using pilot packages when assigned to a fleet ship.
- Decreased the chance of Watchtower Listening Posts appearing randomly, previously these would appear at near 100% rate the first time the player landed on many planets.
- Fixed a bug that could cause some unlocked Watchtower habs to disappear from the build options.
- Fixed a bug in the quest The Stars Have Eyes that could cause Torin’s dialog to get cut off during a particular scene.
- Fixed a bug in the quest Lost in Transmission where Torin could sneak over to the final terminal and end up in a stuck position.
- Added a line for Torin during the quest Lost in Transmission to correctly react if the player has multiple companions.
- Updated UIPlayNice framework to support current feature set.
- Modified Watchtower array system to prevent multiple from spawning in the same system. Note the change may cause a slight delay when accessing the terminals at Listening Posts.
- Fixed a bug that was occurring for some players, where destroying a Major array would cause all minor arrays to be destroyed as well, instead of just those linked to it.
- Modified the Major Array Tracking quest name and added a log entry to make its purpose more clear in game.
- [Bonded NG+ Players] Fixed a bug during the quest Port in a Storm that would cause the wrong scene to start at a certain point for players on the 2nd or higher NG+ run of Watchtower.
- Modified the reinforcement system during the quest Last Watch to try and limit the number that could spawn at once from becoming excessive.
- Blocked the player from piloting Gren’s ship during the quest Last Watch, as it could result in the player character speaking some of Gren’s lines.
- Updated Spanish and Portuguese text translation.
