Two new bugs for me that started after downloading/installing the new WT patch from Bethesda, earlier today:
- After docking at Stardock, spoke to Gren and unlocked/installed a new skydrop on my fleet ships. After installing the new skydrop, my home ship disappeared from the dock. I tested this and it did not occur after unlocking the skydrop, interacting with Harper or interacting with Laine. It only occurred after installing the new skydrop. I found a "workaround" by changing home vessel to a new ship and then back to my original ship, immediately after installing the new skydrop. However, this may have contributed to Bug (2).
- After undocking from Stardock with my new skydrop installed on my fleet ships, the UI/visuals were normal for the pilot's seat. However, upon loading the save from this point, there was only space, no cockpit. In third person, I was under the ship by 100ft (best guess).
However, there is another possible cause - my PC fans speeds are dependent on CPU heat/temperature levels. Frequently, when playing Starfield with WT, I can hear the fans speed up significantly. The fans were running full speed during the Stardock episode. After finding the bugs, I left Starfield for awhile, allowing my PC to cool down.
