Merged ships at port?

I have a base across from New Atlantis. I landed my home ship there and fast traveled to The New Atlantis spaceport. On the main pad there, where i would usually land, Ships #2 (a Star Eagle) and#3 (a Falklands ship) of my fleet were parked, merged together--I couldnt board either.

just immersion-breaking, didnt affect game play
