Possible to translate Watchtower by myself?

Is it possible to translate the Watchtower mod by myself via translation tool?

I want to translate it to german

Ive done it with some other mods, but it seems I dont get all voice lines and texts.

Just want german subtitles, cause it feel weird If the subtitles switches from german to english haha
