[Possible Exploit] Infinite Watchtower Intel

Hi Team Kinggath. I believe I have found an exploit... When placing a "Watchtower Intel" item in one of the "Secure Contraband Storage" containers on Stardock, Harper detects it and allows me to turn the Intel in. But it then doesn't remove said Intel from the container, allowing an infinite amount of intel to be turned in.
