Peacemaker Effect

According to INARA, Peacemaker is supposed to be available on spacesuits, packs, and helmets, however, it appears Jason can only install it on spacesuits. I’ve found INARA to be generally accurate but no one is above making an occasional mistake. Is this a bug with McClarence or is INARA wrong?

The Peacemaker legendary effect is only applied to the spacesuit in vanilla. The pack and helmet are named "Peacemaker", but do not actually have the effect on them.
