Jarl Siddgeir Firebrand Wine

So I am trying to convince all the Jarls without just paying them off, and I have run into a problem with Jarl Siddgeir of Falkreath. According to the notes in game, I should be able to either coerce him cause he did bad thing or give him firebrand wine. My speech must be too low because I cannot for the life of me coerce him. Nor can I use my thane "power." So naturally I go looking for the firebrand wine, and I got nothing. I can't talk to his steward about where to get a bottle. I looked high and low in the winking skeever in solitude (where the note says) and I can't find it. I know the game has a couple of cases (one from the thieves guild quest and one that respawns in the castle, but neither of those seem to work (maybe cause stolen?). So anyway I am at a loss. Do I just have to pay him off, am I missing something as to where the firebrand wine is, or is this a bug?

Hi there - I agree that the bottle is very well hidden, and there are going to be some improvements to the Jarl quests in a future update to reflect this.

To find the bottle, go to the cellar of the Winking Skeever. On your right as you come down the stairs, there is a darkened alcove with a cupboard with lots of wine bottles. The Firebrand one is on the very top shelf behind a bottle of normal wine.
