In Plain Sight - cant speak to NPCs

I'm at the cultural festival and have spoken with Vinnus Platorious, but I can't initiate dialogue with any of the attendees except the vanilla NPCs.

I've completed the main Sledrig questline.

I'm on Xbox series S

Hi there, sorry to hear you're experiencing issues!

Do these NPCs say absolutely nothing at all, or do they have any kind of idle lines/lines when you click on them? Is it all of the named guests (e.g Overly Attentive Waiter, Overbearing Poet etc), the "suspicious" named ones, or all of them in general?

Sorry for the delay, it applied to all of the named guests (eg Overly Attentive Waiter, Overbearing Poet etc) but not to any vanilla NPCs in attendance.
The only NPC added by the mod I could still speak to was Vinnus Platorious.
