How much does it take to unlock all Stardock upgrades?

I've killed the Omega hub which marked every system as clear, so I don't think new listening posts will spawn. I also killed a few of the array hubs without realising I could kill minor arrays first, so I missed out on a few rounds of listening posts to farm for computer cores. I have the mech unlocked at Gren, as well as a few 5-core skydrops including a couple of Starborn powers. I also have several cyberamps unlocked, although I haven't used them much.

The last upgrade I unlocked was the apartment, I think.

Listening posts can be found even when all arrays are dead, though functionally they won't do anything - they should still have a chance of providing computer cores though.

To unlock further upgrades, continue to use Stardock services. The very last upgrade is the Hotel, which is situated next to the elevator that takes you to your apartment.

I did pretty much the same thing where I zipped through all of the five hubs listed down in the "Activities" section without realizing I was wiping out all the minor hubs in the process. I went back to a save right after I finished The Last Watch and started again. At point I had only destroyed Alpha and I had "Locate Watchtower Array Hub Kappa" in my "Activities" section. So I went up to the "Mission" section, looked at "Watchtower Major Arrays", and hunted down all the minor arrays listed, one by one. Now Kappa was in one of those systems, but I bypassed it and left it until the last. Going after the minor arrays allows you to turn in a lot of intel to Harper. I found that turning intel into Harper progressed the renovation of Stardock quicker than just turning in cores for skydrops or cyber amps. Once you destroy Omega, Harper will no longer take any intel from you. If you like to battle and capture Watchtower ships, those chances also go way down once you've destroyed all five major hubs ending with Omega. Going after the minor arrays one at a time prolongs the fun.
