Question: How to upgrade Stardock facilities?

I think I finished the final quest. But All the Stardock features I unlocked so far are these; Clinic, Player room, Wandering ship crews.
From what I can see in the screenshots of this Creation, I can unlock Crowd as well.
Also, when I check this Creation in CK, there is weapon shop and armor shop as well.
How do I unlock these features?

Solution
Yeah I have finished the main quest, can't turn no more intel into harper, I have a player apartment to customize, I have the clinic unlocked, I have wandering crew, but I don't have everything unlocked it seems like more lights n a pool table, when I dock it's still cluttered, I have two locked doors that still require keys, assuming thats the weapon or amarory shop.. ALL I have to do that's left is unlock like 2 or 3 more sky drop.. and cyperclamps.. do I continue to just find more cores at watchtower listening posts? Or is my game bugged and stardock not gonna upgrade fully? Great mod by the way loved it.
The following services contribute to Stardock upgrades:

- Turning in Intel to Harper
- Using the "find me an array"...

Does not work
Ah sorry, think you need baka ID editor for that. I can get you the ID when I'm back at my desk.

For now, the ways to upgrade are: Handing in Intel, using Harper's find an array service, unlocking new Cyberamps, unlocking new Skydrops, and expanding your fleet size. If you've exhausted all of these, and the hotel still is not unlocking (just to clarify - should be the closed off area next to the elevator, in the room next to Dr Laine's clinic), then it does sound like something went wrong. The last upgrade before the hotel is the final lot of Bar Improvements - so you would see a lot of trees and plant life, especially near the big windows. Are you seeing these?

Yes, everything else seems populated. Ive just been thru buying all the Cyber and Skydrop upgrades. Although it seems I cannot do the last upgrade to the below cyberamp, it just sends me back to the menu.1750412031076.png

Could you please provide your mod list and a save file? You can deposit them here. If we are able to open it (not always possible with heavy load orders, but worth a try), that may also help figure out what's going on. I will look into that Cyberamp issue separately as well.

I believe the command you need is:

GetGlobalValue 0x07614D

Where 'x' is the mod index number for Watchtower.

There have been a couple of mentions that listening posts can still be looted after the final mission and Harper is no longer providing intel. Not having a photographic memory, I don't know how to find and revisit them.

Did you destroy all five major hub arrays, Alpha through Omega? One my first playthrough, when I completed the final mission The Last Watch, I had only destroyed Alpha. That still left Kappa, Omicron, Upsilon and Omega and all their minor arrays. That leaves a lot of listening posts to be found and looted. In the "Activities" section of Missions, do you have anything that says "Locate Watchtower Array Hub Kappa" or any of the other major hubs? If any of those are still pending, you can go into your star system map and back out until you see all the planets. As long as you're not in the pilots seat, the line on the lower right of your screen will say "Watchtower (Major) [F1]. Pressing F1 will show where the listed major hub is and show red lines radiating out to all the minor hubs connected to it. If you already destroyed all the major hubs, but didn't go after the minor arrays and listening posts, you can check the "Activities" section to see if you have "Follow Harpers Leads" showing. If that's showing, that will highlight where is listening posts are. If you go into one of the highlighted systems, usually the planet with three ... near it, is the planet with the listening post. Even if you wiped out the five major arrays but didn't go after the minor arrays, you can visit the listening posts, activate the computer and the minor array in orbit will become visible. If you have no leads to follow, you can land on planets, exit your ship and open your ground map. The listening posts will either be clearly labeled or use the same building symbol, but will be marked "Unknown". Sometimes you will find a marked listening post and one labeled "Unknown" within a few hundred meters of each other. The listening posts seem to be randomly placed on planets within the system. You can't detect then by scanning from orbit. If you land more than three times on any one planet and don't find a listening post, move onto another planet in the system.

I'm not seeing this on my star map and pressing F1 does not do anything. I'm past the point in the story where I have access to Harper's computer and loading the array list does not work either.
There's a known flaw that the team is trying to sort out: that map HUD element will not work if you are in the pilot's seat of your ship. It's fine if you're on land, in a station, or even walking around in your ship; just not in the pilot's seat.

It may also not work if he's destroyed all five major hub arrays. You can destroy the major hubs and still have all the remaining minor hubs left over, but the F1 option won't show up. That's what I did on my first playthrough. After finishing The Last Watch, I had only destroyed Major hub Alpha at some point. When I looked at my "Activities" section, I had the objective: "Locate Watchtower Array Hub Kappa". So I located Kappa and destroyed it. Then the next objective popped up to destroy Omicron, Upsilon and then Omega in that order. I did those one right after the other. What I didn't realize at the time was that there were numerous minor hubs associated with each of those major hubs. Once you've destroyed Omega, Harper will tell that you've destroyed all the listening posts and will no longer take any intel. That's a bug I've already reported because destroying the major hubs doesn't destroy the minor hubs or their listening posts. They are still perfectly intact and can be located and looted. @Gumshoe, what do you have left under Missions or Activities relating to Watchtower? Also, how far along are you on upgrading Stardock's interior?
