Does Jason Sell Weapons?

I know there’s a handful of new weapon effects, like the crit on last round effect. I turned the weapons in to be dismantled so I could get the mod: does Jason sell weapons with his unique legendary effects, and if not, how do you get more of them, if I wanted more than one weapon either said effect?
Also, unrelated, but is the Will to Power mod the last unique effect added by the mod? I’ve turned in at least twenty more items and haven’t received any more gifts.

No weapon vendor (yet) as far as I know, so we're only getting one copy of each of the new weapon effects. I don't think there's a conventional way to duplicate them.

It was brought up during Kinggath's livestream of McClarence Outfitters, and he mentioned in passing that they would get something like that added, but I haven't heard anything beyond that.

I'm not sure about the Will to Power question. I don't know yet if they come in a certain order. I know the mod description says there are supposed to be 20+ new legendary effects, but I've completed the quests, I'm not getting freebies anymore either, and I'm pretty sure I don't even have 20 total new effects.

So that might be a bug.
