So I have been having this problem for the past week or so where I can't land in the Neon Spaceport OR zone into the spaceport from the Neon core. I have isolated it to having Watchtower installed because it resolves when I uninstall it, so I'm wondering if any of you have an idea on how to fix it while keeping Watchtower installed. I'm not sure if it is conflicting with another mod that I have installed yet though. I will note that I have completed the Watchtower main story and didn't have this problem when I was playing it.
Platform: PC steam version using MO2 for nexus mods and creation club for all other mods
Things I have tried that don't work:
Moving Watchtower to the top/bottom/various places in my load order
Updated Watchtower
Uninstalled and reinstalled Watchtower
Uninstalling all mods that affect Neon while having Watchtower still installed
Uninstalling all mods that I had installed after starting Watchtower
Uninstalling all known conflicting mods with Watchtower
Reverting back to older saves
Waiting on venus to reset cells
Changing various display and graphics settings
Using a fresh post-unity save
Disabling/deselecting my squad ships
Changing my home ship
Verified integrety of game files in Steam
Things that I haven't tried yet:
Uninstalling all mods and re-installing one by one with Watchtower
Going through the Unity again with all mods installed
Full reinstall of the game
