Can’t start ‘the last watch’?

I’ve just had the lecture from Gren about piloting watch tower ships. Then from Harper about no more watchtower arrays.
I speak to Torin about taking on watchtower itself. We speak to Gren: and then that’s it.
Can’t progress to actual mission! (Xbox)

Hi there! Unfortunately nothing sticks out to me as an obvious cause at a glance, so a few follow-up questions for you:
1. After speaking to Gren, has he directed you to collect computer cores?
2. Are you using any other mods? And if so could you list them?

No instructions from Gren to find cores.
No other mods.

If you have only the Watchtower mod installed; I would install a couple of the free "blackout" weapon skin mods to allow you to move the load order around. If you don't ever apply the weapon skin, those mods won't change your save at all but can def allow you to get Watchtower to load in a slightly different way.
