So, regarding making Ballads, what determines if the hidden perks becomes cunning, honorable, or ruthless?

These depend on the answers you give when making ballads e.g choosing which verse you would like Olvus to compose for you. For example, one player dialogue option might portray you as kind/good/friendly, while another might speak of violence or behaving evilly (which would paint you to be more ruthless).
