Where is this person? I spent an hour looking for the Three Materials because it put the spawns on opposite corners of a planet. Now I need to wander Akila looking for an NPC? I can't find them! I've been at this forever I'm ready to cry.

We have a failsafe in for this issue, which unfortunately seems to be vanilla.

Make a save, and then reload that save. This should "refresh" the target.
