I've got quite a few hours in Starfield* and after the first couple of months, mostly playing solo. Once the survival and difficulty settings were added, +75% XP for me was great and I enjoy the punishing play style. In addition, I use the "Make Rosie a real doctor" mod for on-ship healing and affliction treatments.
So I caught one of Kineer's videos and after watching the first hour into Watchtower, I headed off to Steam to purchase more points. I am really glad I did. I've got an easy 8 to 10 hours into this mod and it just keeps giving. I'm only partially into the first "Hub" mission and I really like the game loop.
I actually came to the forum for help with my "Skydrop Flare's" (yeah, imma dummy and thought the resupply was = to flare's).
So now I'm rocking a 4 ship fleet (me + 3 others), have 5 various Skydrops installed on 2 of my ships and Rosie accompanies me on the ground. Since it has been a hot minute since I've played w/companions and never with Rosie... I found it hysterical that after she decimates a Watchtower solder she says "sorry, sorry" and as I'm bleeding out shoving bandages onto my ripped and shredded limbs, she says "I think we're winning".
PS Great work - thanks again. The story and voice acting are top notch and the characters are well designed.
PPS I'm getting some serious Drax the Destroyer = Gren vibes every time I speak with him.... intentional???
PPPS (okay, last one) I dropped a base on Piazzi IV-c to make it easy to travel back to Stardock. Is there someway to add a never ending mission to our log to "Talk to Harper" or something?
