where have all the ships gone?

Hello,
after I updated to 1.0.2v4, it seems all the ship battles with watchtower fleets are gone. The only time I saw a wt ship was when attacking an array, and even at that it was a drone here and a drone there.
I don't know what version I had before the update to 1.0.2v4. It was working as expected. there were massive ship battles all over the place, I enjoyed that.
I haven't added or updated any other mods, nor have I changed my load order. I simply updated to 1.0.2v4 and over the course of the next hour or so I started to notice the almost complete absence of wt ships.
Ambush chance is set to HARD.
all ships landing on any given planet are now wt battleships which land for 5 seconds and then take off. there are no other ships from the starfield universe that land anymore.
I've tried to remove, then reinstall the mod from the creations menu, which incidentally always tells me there is an update.
I play in windows.

In the previous build, there was a bug that over-exaggerated how many ambushes there were due to a mistake in the tracking value. It may be that you simply haven't increased your tracking value enough. Larger standing fleets are also stationed at major array hubs.

Ways to increase chances of an ambush include:


- Using starborn powers
- Piloting a starborn ship
- Wearing starborn gear
- Carrying contraband (such as mech components and AI adaptors)
- Completing quests (including vanilla ones)
- Fighting other starborn
- Killing human enemies
- Gaining a bounty


Odds increase even more when carried out in the same system - so for example, attracting a lot of attention in one specific system would raise the chances of them finding you - so long as there is still an array in that system.

Additionally to this, there is a small percentage chance of Watchtower fleets showing up regardless.

Thank you for responding to me. I feel like I do all those things except fly the useless starborn ship
I wish that 'bug' was assigned as a feature and given a toggle in the game options. some of us do like a good tough fight.
