Watchtower Having to redownload or update many times

Watchtower Having to redownload or update many times over the past week.

For almost a week now, everytime i start or restart the game, I have to download Watchtower again - or click the update, again.

I have done everything suggested by others to fix this and nothing seems to work, including googled it all.

Is this a Bug or similar.
I have deleted and redownloaded, so on and so forth, just always has the update button.

Load Order = Top.
(Other Mods installed, not many)

I am :
Using Win10.
Using Steam.
Using Game Addon Downloads / Downloader.

I will not see answers or responses for almost 24 Hours.

Hi, yes unfortunately this is the creation store bug. This is not something we can fix, as it is a bug that affects all creations within the store and thus it is Bethesda's responsibility to fix it. We have reported this serious bug to them directly and encourage affected players to do the same.

I can't wait for the next update, hopefully improving lots of things. Let us know when the newborn will arrive, so we all wait with bated breath.
