Torin not disappearing on final quest

On Xbox, during The Last Watch after choosing the option to make Torin charge the Armillary, he completes the animation annnnnd nothing. I saw in video that he is meant to disappear so that the player could enter the Armillary. TLDR the end quest is broken on regardless of path for me.

This is possibly due to Cheat Terminal, especially if God Mode is enabled. Unfortunately this mod is known to break various stages of our final quest.
