Thunderchild and BCE compatability?

There might be a compatibility problem, BCE gives the Phantom Form shout from the Greybeards test, and i didn't seem to get the key after the horn quest, and can't use the shrine. I am checking if that is a SkyUI issue right now.

I dont use skyui but I had that happen too only once I got all the tablets for one of the new shouts and then it bugged on me (I got all of them then tried to use them all at the same time).
