So far, these items don't improve when duplicated. In fact you just get a generic razorback vs the Deadeye version.

The Ranger Space Suit and Deadeye dont raise levels when duplicated

Hi there - I am unable to reproduce your issue with the ranger spacesuit. To clarify, the quality of the suit only changes as your player level increases. I tested with a base level ranger space suit and when my player level was increased considerably (to level 50 in my test), duplication gave me an advanced ranger spacesuit. This appears to be working as intended.
With regards to Deadeye, this is expected behaviour. Deadeye is a unique modification of the razorback weapon rather than a wholly unique weapon.
