Last watch quest after kill all ships and it tells me to dock before another wave comes! I'm stuck there and can't find where or how to dock with heimdoll station? Also I didn't find alll the arrays from harper, her list was hella long and i know I didn't find everything then it said I completed enough of them is that normal? And her long list of systems are gone and i can't find more places with computers cores..

Hi there, the docking thing is intentional. Once you are told to dock, there is a timer of about 30-40 seconds to get there. Otherwise, reinforcements will arrive to stop you and you and your fleet will need to deal with them so you can attempt to dock again.
You don't need to have found or destroyed all of the major arrays - after a certain amount of XP has been earned (this is done by interacting with Stardock's services, including killing arrays for Harper), and In Their Footsteps has been completed (or it's a NG+ save), this will trigger the quest. Harper will only run out of arrays to give you if all major arrays were killed.
Fleet expansion requires computer cores, which can be obtained from watchtower listening posts as well as looting arrays. Listening posts can exist in the world and be stumbled across even if all arrays are destroyed. Additionally, sometimes when salvaging a Watchtower ship, computer cores can be recovered.
Are you on PC? If so, can you attach a save file please? If you are not in combat and have selected the station it definitely should allow docking, so perhaps there is a mod conflict involved. If you are able to post your load order, I can make a ticket for this.
I'm glad this is working for you. We encountered an unfortunate engine bug that rarely seems to block docking and I'm wondering if this is what you ran into.
When you ask her for leads what is she saying, does she say no more are available? And if so, how many major arrays did you destroy?
Additionally, do you have an activity objective that says to follow her leads?
There are only five major arrays (these are named Alpha, Omega etc) so it sounds like you have destroyed them all if that is the case, though if you select that activity quest "follow harper's leads" what happens? As this should have disappeared if all major arrays were indeed destroyed.
You should be able to still stumble across listening posts after the final quest, where you can find cores in containers, but the most proficient way to gather cores is via the arrays (such as the minor arrays, as they are plentiful), which is only available up until all major arrays are destroyed.
