Straight to the point:

I land at the geothermal plant, engage with Watchtower defenses, defeat the 3 mechs, then the WT Armillary drops. I damage it, it stops spinning and just sits there, and then Torin just continues to yammer on about how we have to focus all our fire on the construct while the construct takes no further damage.

I have been unable to proceed past this point. No matter how much I shoot the WTA it's never destroyed. I'd really like the chance to finish this wonderful mod.

On Xbox Series X.
 
Can you please share your mod list with us?

Additionally, is this immediately after it drops, or do you get as far as seeing any of the visual effects play?
I see some of the visuals, the resurrection of enemies, etc. I see the startup sequence and the thing spins like it should.

Thank you for posting, I have added this to your ticket on our internal bug tracker. Unfortunately being on Xbox, we are limited in what we can do from our end here. This is almost certainly a conflict of some kind, as it's not something we've ever reproduced on a minimal load order. Nothing is jumping out at me from your list, but it really depends how things work under the hood. If any of these mods are script-heavy, for example, I could see there being a potential issue (the reason I asked about cheat terminal for example is because the God Mode setting causes extreme/catastrophic lag during our scripted sequences). We have a guide here on narrowing down the root cause of conflicts which may be useful. If one or more is identified we can look deeper into it, see if there is some kind of workaround or at least add it to our mod conflict list.

Tossing out an idea: is Torin standing on one of the rocks/cliff? I had a problem the other day where after the first phase I had the "talk to Torin" objective but he wouldn't talk. I think he was stuck trying to pathfind to a more sensible place because once I "moveto player"-ed him he ran over to what I assume was his mark to start giving his lines. Could something similar be happening with you here?
