Surface missiles do no damage - Stars Have Eyes

Hello,

I have Gate to Stars collection (~600 mods) and I installed Watchtower with a new save. Everything has been working until I got my first ship for my fleet and I'm on Investigate the watchtower listening post. I landed on Altair to approach the outpost, Torin says to try out the orbital strike but missiles do no damage. I tried multiple, and even throw some at my feet but none do damage but I can see the missile come down and my screen shakes but no damage or fire. The first "scripted" missile works when you first encounter the mech. Attached plugins txt, hopefully someone can help. Otherwise, I'm completely stuck.

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you have encountered an issue. Thank you for sharing your plugins list, I have opened a ticket to investigate.

While not ideal, you shouldn't technically be stuck as missiles are not essential for quest progression. We will look into this issue, however with so many mods it unfortunately may take some time to identify the conflict.
