Suggestion: Add Watchtower ships to Gren

As another useful for cores and intell... let Gren sell Watchtower ships from drones and up to the Battleship, unlocked via computer cores and intel

Later in the story, you can dock with them and "salvage" them. I believe from there you can get them from Gren.
I never managed to Dock one myself. Need to disable my Fleet first because they blow everything up too fast.

Savaging just breaks them down for parts. You don't get the option to buy completed ships....yet

You can later learn to fly and capture all but the drones. Although the cruiser has a ton of issues being M class. I have all three core ships. A corvette, destroyer, and a battleship.
