Stuck on the start of The Stars Have Eyes post patch

I am having a lot of issues pre and post patch. Originally Torin would not respond st the end of the first mission, now post patch and removing anything related to Darkstar, The Grindfield and Dark Univberse Crossfire, I was able to get back into the game after constant crashes. Now I am at her beginning of the Stars have eyes, and i do not have a quest marker for Altair III Listening post, I did a random land and actually found one and cleared and also got dialogue from Torin, but the terminal would not give me the message to destroy the array. I opened the map and did see an array in the system, so went to it destroyed it and 3 drones, but not quest advancement.

Would it be possible to get a list of the quest ID's so we could try and progress stuck missions from the console for PC? I tried to do a search but could not get what I was looking for.

Removing mods mid-playthrough may corrupt your save and is not recommended. Can you please provide your modlist and a save file where the quest is failing to advance so we can try to open your save and take a look?
