Strange but repeatable...

This is the second time Lyle has vanished from my crew while piloting Sledgeback but this time I know when he vanished... he disappeared right after launching my AI mech skydrop. It took a long time for the command to process, he said his phrase and then he was gone.

Could you please share your exact reproduction steps? Does this happen with all ships or only Sledgeback? Does this occur when using any skydrop, etc?
