Stardock Trade Authority contact will no longer buy contraband

Not sure when this started, but I believe it was after finishing the Watchtower questline. Other trade authority vendors will still buy contraband, just not the one at Stardock.

It should be noted that I've advanced Stardock's condition much further this time than my first playthrough. Could it be an unintended side effect of the improvements?

I reported this on Saturday. They're going to fix the issue in their next patch.

No problem. I think this bug may have been introduced with the 1.0.2 patch. I'm surprised more people aren't reporting it given the amount of contraband this mod gives you to find.
