I've transcribed the dragon runes from the various shout tablets. The English translation is extremely literal (e.g. the first line of Sanctum's Resonance would probably be rendered in English more as something like "may the ground's guidance") and usually a bit nonsensical as a result. Using the in-game translations for the words that are part of a shout (e.g. GOLZ NIN ALOK for Earthsong), and UESP for the rest. Well, except for the two final reward tablets (spoiler!) that were relatively straightforward.
