The duration of Aura Whisper is increased by 20 seconds.

Battle Fury increases the Health of your allies by 30%.

Become Ethereal: Ethereal Renewal
Regenerate health while Become Ethereal is active.

Bend Will: Break Will
Bend Will's control lasts indefinitely, so long as no other shouts are used.

Call Dragon: Channel Dragon
The wielder does 30% more fire damage while Odahviing is near.

Call of Valor: Army of Valor
Summon all three heroes of Sovngarde when using Call of Valor, but for half the duration.

Clear Skies: Rejuvenating Skies
The caster and their allies regenerate Stamina at an increased rate while Clear Skies is active.

Cyclone: Cyclonicist
Cyclone applies whirlwind cloak to the caster.

Disarm: Dispossess
Steal an opponent's weapon when using the Disarm shout.

Dismay: Disarray
Increases Dismay's affected level cap of enemies by 50%.

Dragon Aspect: Dragon Incarnate
Dragon Aspect increases your damage output.

Dragonrend: Dragonbane
Dragonrend decreases affected dragons' armor and magic resistances by 30 points.

Drain Vitality: Absorb Vitality
Drain Vitality transfers half the attributes drained to the caster.

Elemental Fury: Elemental Haste
Increases movement speed while Elemental Fury is active.

Fire Breath: Deep Fire Breath
Increases Fire Breath's damage.

Frost Breath: Deep Frost Breath
Increases Frost Breath's damage.

Ice Form: Ice Lunette
Doubles the damage done to enemies affected by Ice Form.

Kyne's Peace: Kyne's Aura
Animals affected by Kyne's Peace will follow the wielder.

New shouts (spoilers):

Call Sledrig: Sledrig, Dragonhunter
Sledrig does 100% more damage to dragons.

Call Volgafsonaan: Volgafsonaan, Thoughtbinder
When Volgaafsonaan arrives, he takes control of a nearby enemy and turns it against its allies.

Earthsong: Earth Crescendo
Earthsong's stones will explode when destroyed, damaging all who are nearby.

Phantom Form: Phantom Bond
When using Phantom Form, damage done by your phantom is transferred to you as Health.

Sanctum's Resonance: Sanctum's Snare
Sanctum's Resonance is no longer halted by taking damage.

Spectral Rift: Spectral Shatter
Shatter Spirit has an increased duration.
 
Huh, I never used the Disarm shout but depending on how it works, I might start using the Resonant Shout Disarm.

Some things I'm curious about.
1. Do weapons count as Stolen?
2. Is it temporary or permanent?
3. I wonder if this will allow me to obtain normally unobtainable weapons.
 
The Disposess effect doesn't make Disarm work on any enemy it would not have already, so it won't make an otherwise unobtainable weapon obtainable. I don't know of any weapon that could only be obtained through Disarm, but if one existed, you could just pick it up off the ground.
