Sanctum's resonance bug

This is similar to a previous question but at the same time a bug that I am running into and not sure how to fix.
I have found the first and the third tablet of this shout the marker for the second tablet refuses to show so I have no idea where to go to find it I keep deactivating and reactivating that quest even if I have no others active it shows no marker anywhere I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the expansion please tell me possible locations for this tablet obviously the first one gave me the first word the second one gave me the second word even though it was the third tablet according to the miscellaneous quest objective I am stuck and literally have to keep traveling back to the barge college to access the sanctum and it is driving me nuts

Not sure which shout you're trying to get, but if you have a previous save before you obtained any of the tablets I would suggest that load that save, make sure the quest for the one tablet you're missing is the only thing selected and see if that will give you a map marker. Make a note of it and then load up current save & you should be able to go there to get the third tablet. Hope that helps. Cheers!

If I did that I would undo so much progress and besides I do not have an older save to load back to do just that unfortunately so I've just decided to do without according to the quest it is the second tablet but according to the words of the shout for sanctum's resonance which is the name of the shout it would be the third word yes I realized that is confusing but that's where that's at and right now short of starting over completely I got nothing

If I did there's only three places forgotten vale the soul Cairn and the ship that the emperor is on during the dark brotherhood quest nowhere else because I've already been everywhere else that's why it's frustrating
