Runner's Legendary not supported in mcclarence outfitters

Sorry If this was meant to be placed into the mcclarence outfitters forum, but the Runner's legendary effect that harper gives you on a boostback is unable to be scrapped and placed on other boostpacks at mcclarence outfitters I assume this was intented but likely missed during Development.

Please keep up the good work ive been really enjoying all the creations you guys have been putting out.
