Quest to destroy major hubs missing?

I've been advancing the storyline and just recovered the DB from the spacers and I noticed that I no longer have the side quest that shows the big list of Major Array Hubs to destroy? I've destroyed Alpha at Bernard's Star and I know have the activity to destroy Kappa. Is there a way to get the quest back?

Playing on PC currently. I've attached pictures of all my mods, I'd rather not have to go back to a prior save to regain this side quest.
