Mod Conflict. Alone on Earth after going through armillary. Quest Final Watch. ***CONFLICT FOUND***

Quest where problem was encountered: Final Watch.
First let me say this was MY conflict and I am sharing this to help others IF they have THE SAME problem.
My problem: Final Watch quest. After going through the armillary I was dropped on earth in the middle of no where with no ship. I had the "T" marker showing where I needed to go but there was nothing there. I even established an outpost and built a platform, used the modify my ship option to bring me my ship. But I was unable to travel anywhere or even land back on earth.
I traced MY problem to the mod Royal Weathers Lite. I disabled it and I was able to join Torin and proceed as normal after going through the armillary

Quest where problem was encountered: Final Watch.
Mod that seemed to conflict: Royal Weathers Lite.

That's interesting. I wonder what exactly caused that to conflict with Watchtower.

Update - moving Watchtower below Royal Weathers Lite in your load order should resolve this.
