I am not sure what purpose the Medic skydrop serves. Is it supposed to act like a doctor, offer some kind of passive regen?

Medic bot doesn't seem to heal anyone

It should 'shoot' you to heal you. If you are injured and stand close to it, does it shoot at you or just stand there?
