- Fixed Runner's legendary effect appearing for extraction when it should not.
- Fixed a bug that would prevent the mannequin from starting with the costume the first time the player meets Jason.
- Fixed a bug that would prevent the tier 5 version of the suit being able to spawn with UC Vanguard skin.
- Prevented faction skins that are locked behind unlock conditions from being purchasable from Jason.
- [Watchtower Players] Runner's legendary effect found from one of the late quest rewards is now available for extraction.
