Lost in Transmission - Torin wont speak

Hello! First of all, thank you so much for your work in this, it’s been so fun to play.

I read some other posts and I’m not sure if this is in line with some things that are already being fixed, but I just got back to Stardock after taking a ride back with Torin following the spacer portion, and he is sitting in the lobby of the apartments. I’m being directed to talk to him, but when I select him, nothing happens. He does not say anything.

I am playing on Xbox, if that helps.

Hi there, can I check you are definitely on our latest build please? (1.0.2v4). We identified and fixed an issue relating to this before, so I just want to check that this isn't something else that has randomly cropped up for you. Unfortunately the creation store bug sometimes reverts to older builds.
 
Xbox user with 1.0.2v4 installed. Torin's courier found me with a request to speak with him on Stardock. My Torin is sitting in the clinic this time but unresponsive when I try to engage with him. My mod install is a clean reinstall after purging the local game cache and hard rebooting of the console.

When you say unresponsive, do you mean he says absolutely nothing at all? Or does he give generic lines, or dialogue options but they don't advance the quest?

Additionally, if you leave Stardock and come back, does the issue persist?
 
Torin cannot be interacted with. There is no response when you select him. I have left Stardock multiple times, cleared the cache, rebooted, and there is no change. I even went so far as to load an older save, before the courier showed up, which played out with the same bug. I have continued to play this older game thread.

It is the right version. Deleted and reinstalled as well. Still has the same issue.
 
We have still not been able to reproduce this on a minimal load order save. I am wondering if it's a conflict with Non-Lethal Framework and/or Useful Brigs, because I keep seeing these two mods appearing in bug reports over and over... We have a ticket open to look further into them. You could try rolling back to before that quest triggers and temporarily disabling them to see if it works, though that would not be safe to continue playing on and would only be helpful for confirming a potential conflict.
 
Reverting to a save prior to the trigger for "Lost in Translation" is not an option, too much progess has transpired in my current NG playthrough. Please note that my mod list has not changed since the prior NG run which didn't experience this bug. I will remove the Useful Brigs mods and see if that helps but it seems like a longshot. Thanks for the update.

Removing the Useful Brigs mods listed above did not resolve the bug with Torin. He remains unresponsive and the Lost in Translation quest cannot be continued wa fix.
