legs gone

I saw another post about this too but was unable to fix mine in the same way. the watchtower legs are missing textures. I tried putting watchtower at the bottom of my load order but it didn't help. Any suggestions?

Can you please share your mod list?

Additionally, are you certain you are on the latest patch? (Just want to check the creation store bug hasn't tried to revert it).
