I'm looking at the extraction counts and I'm not getting unlocks. I wasn't keeping count before, but I finally unlocked weapons. Ok, I assume I'm at 78, though I'm pretty sure it was more than that. Next unlocks are at 88 and 90. I just extracted 13 more, individually, because I thought doing them in batches might have been a problem. So 91. No unlocks. Sleep a day, no unlocks. What is it? Do I have to leave the shop between extractions? These numbers are already needlessly inflated. What do I have to do to progress properly?

Is there some other factor for unlocking progression?
