Is the Belittler vital to the rest of the story?

For whatever reason he is in my house, in my bedroom. I have gone to other cities and used the moveto console command, but he just goes back to my player home. He needs to go but I don't want to off him if he is necessary later on. Or, if there is any way to have him roost somewhere else...

A little more detail about what is happening. NPC's keep spawning into my home from this mod. It will be people like belittlers or naysayers. I keep getting rid of them, and sometime later a new one will spawn in. In my private quarters area. Where my spouse and adopted children sleep. Not cool, kinda ruining my playthrough. Is there any way to stop this? Honestly if I knew this was part of the mod I would not have bought it, but if it is a glitch or something does anyone know of a fix?
