Incompatible Mods that i found.

Greetings, i found incompatible mods, which when used make npcs (bards and companions alike) unable to enter the College building, causing them to get stuck outside and never entering again.
In case anyone has these mods, you will most likely encounter this problem.

1. Windstad Mine
2. Minor Towns Expanded

Turns out, may have been load order issue, put those mods to the bottom of the load order and seems to be working fine so far
