I started this quest line above level 80 on my character, and when I got the McClarence suit & helmet, they were already "Superior", but when I got the McClarence pack, it was just a lowly "default", not Calibrated, Refined, Advanced, or Superior. I even applied one mod to it, expecting that it would get auto-upgraded, but no dice.
How do I get a Superior McClarence pack? And on my lower-level characters, how do I get the higher tier items if I started the quest at lower level?
