How do I obtain the Bards emissary ring and fool’s crown?

i saw these items on the Skyrim wiki and there currently is no info on them. I’ve completed both the main and emissary quests and have not gotten them.

the Duel of Wit mini-game. Once you become a master, you should get a short mini-quest that will have you meet and battle the ultimate champion, who will give you the crown as a reward.
