How can I tell if BCE installed correctly?

Hi there, I purchased the BCE via Creations, and while it ate my money, a message appeared about Bethesda "being offline" at the time and I have no idea if it installed. Is there an easy way to tell if the content is loaded? I am using MO2, and I can see all of the Creation plugins from the Anniversary Edition but not sure if it would be visible there. How can I tell if it's installed?

Hi there - for a quick way to tell if this Creation is loaded correctly, it depends on whether you have triggered or completed the quest 'Tending the Flames'. If you have not triggered the quest before, entering the college, receiving the quest, and then leaving the college should result in an NPC greeting you.

If you have already completed this quest prior to enabling BCE, travel to a city and idle for a moment. The NPC should instead greet you here.
